Tune the Rossi R92 at nearly zero cost, no cutting, grinding, sanding or other highly skilled butchery of factory controlled metal parts is required

Im blind. I needed all the help I could get. This was in my parts box. Don’t know where or from what it came. But it worked. The last gun killed deer I shot was with this using Hornady 300 XTPs.

I bought my Interarms/pre-safety Rossi 92 nearly 20 years ago. Wasn't great at feeding, particularly 38 specials I took it all down (painful!) and polished everything. Tweaked the lifter's action. Along with minor mods on the loading gate. Added and a Marbles buckhorn rear sight. Reassembled (even more painful!). It runs buttery smooth with my cast 38 special LRNFP reloads. I rarely shoot 357 out of it, but it runs those well, too.

Truly a wonderful carbine, if you do what needs doing to the innards.
