Used guns new prices

I see some fair prices, some OVER the price. What I do, I just send my offer, where I think is a right price, or I suggest a trade. If the fella doesn't accept it, THEN I just move on!!!
Now, what I don't get it is a Colt AR rifle being advertised for $10,000 ------- I saw it today, it is still on the news list! - Dude, that's just an ABSURD....hahaha

Good point. I suspect if you are buying on credit at a location mike Bass Pro then you are paying suggested retail , if not more. It still does not change the fact that it is a fools errand to think the cost can recouped on the used market.

Hard to make a reasonable offer when the weapon is priced 50 to 100 more than new.
some folk do not realise a "nib" is still a used weapon. --
