What is the dumbest thing you've seen/heard in a gun shop?

What kind of range do you go too? Every indoor range I have been to are at least 25 yards= 75 feet.

Last week in Cartersville, I was standing beside a black guy asking about a "Smiff Sauer".
He also wanted some "Hollow Tips".

im not going to name any names but a gun range in douglasville had a new sales person walk behind another employee and drew the live weapon out of the holster without there knowledge or consent then pointed it directly at another employee at the other end of the shop while looking at it. Thank god these are the people we go to for advice on guns! lol

And hopefully the new employee you refer to is now an ex-employee. Personally, I have never seen anything of that type there. Been a member since they opened.

(GS employee) A ccw is very personal...I carry a revolver, he carries a revolver....you can carry what you want to but you should carry a relover.

yep...just busting your chops.....I know about the "operators" that shoot bullseyes with a sub compact 9mm at 50 yards.....most of them have never hit a bullseye at 7 yards if truth be known.

At a public range about a month ago:

Mom teaching 11 year old daughter to shoot a Smith m&p15,
" it the exact same thing as a .22"
Mom proceeds methodically with aim her ACOG and annoyingly empty a 30 rd mag at 50 yards for a larger than basketball size group and then brags "that is how you do it!"
She kind of hung her head some after I cut a fist sized group with a 30-30 with iron sights.
Her husband was a a bigger braggart and a worse shot than her.
