oh I stand accused already from her on this. if a friend sends me a pic of
just a girl in a bikini with say a guitar or something in here had, dude, hell follows.
she tracks my every move on here. I given her no reason to do so either. she goes back
in history to see where ive been on here even. crazy. shes damn good looking and has no reason
to be jealous over anybody, but damn really.

I'm lucky. My wife is usually the one sending me those pics.

Honestly, I run Norton every time I'm done with the computer. Turn your pop up blocker on too.

My preferred formula for avoiding infections:

1) AVAST (free version)
2) Never open email attachments I'm not expecting, or aren't accompanied by a very specific explanation to me of the purpose, by a person I know. Forwarded chain mails, "this is really funny," emails, etc. ... right to the trash folder without being read.
3) Same treatment for links in emails.
4) Use IE's safe browsing mode for any web site that is suspicious
5) Malwarebytes full scan every month or so.
6) Keep Windows (7) updated with the latest security patches.
