What's going on the smoker/grill today?

Bunch of loins and necks (pork butt money muscle). Perfect weekend for cold smoking.

It’s the Meatchurch brisket chili recipe but I used pulled pork, hamburger, and venison.
I've made that recipe before...minus the venison-didn't have any on hand.
Amazing !!

Baby backs came out perfect last night...love that dry rub.
No bbq sauce and no wrap. Just a couple water/ACV mix spritzes. Right at 5hrs at 240 degrees.
