It’s mostly about revenue imo. I know and have known some good ones but most nowadays haven’t reached puberty, or are just psychotic, and there’s the vendetta crew. I know a dude that was in legal war with a rich family that had an alcoholic son( he got tore down and hit a couple parked cars one night … made a phone call and it went away). Soon after , the rich family went after the country boy with the same Dept on total bogus charges. So yea, revenue and who you are. But what came around, went around.
