Dawn or Murphy's oil soap. Using non synthetic lubes make the chore less burdensome. The Thompson Center stuff is a little thin for summertime. I blow everything clean with my air compressor when I finish scrubbing. Also using minieballs, it can easily and silently be unloaded with a ball puller.
