Yesterday was my 41 anniversary when I went in the military, I got hammered

Just because you get out of the service doesn't mean the oath is broken. I have been out 46 years and it still holds me. As It did my Father(ww2, Korea,and Viet Nam)
Grandfather (ww1)and Great Grandfather( civil war)
My oath never runs out. I wrote that check for the value up to and including my life when I took the oath and it is payable until the end of my life. I will still defend this country from all enemies, foreign and domestic at the call to arms.
