So a trust pre ATF 41F is still valid? All trustees listed still have access with having to submit to fingers prints and everything else?

yes, absolutely pointless law they made. My pre-41f trust hasn't been approved yet for my first post 41f purchase, but if you got your trust from NFA Laywers you just attach a page to the end of your trust that removes all of the people on your trust. Then after you get your can is picked up and nothing is pending, you throw that page away and they are magically back on your trust.
