A straw purchase hinges on the idea that a prohibited person attempts to purchase a firearm. Verifying the legality of the sale is the seller's responsibility. We don't control that. If we learn that someone is a felon or other prohibited person (and they're trying to purchase firearms), then they will be removed from the site.

Roger that, so I can buy a firearm with the intention of reselling it for a higher price "not purchasing for me in the first place" without breaking the law? Or does that only apply to FFL's? Every time I fill out a 4473 the 1st question asks if the firearm I am purchasing is for me. Not attempting to start a debate, just curious so as to the next time I see a pawn shop deal I dont need, I can pick it up and turn it for a profit?

Except for 34's and 35's. I have seen no where selling them cheaper than Buds at $719. 3 months ago they were $600.

This guy is a FFL but he intended to sell them individually not under his FFL license was what he told me and the LEO last night. He is within the law. Just as I was selling him 9 firearms.

"Intent" is a huge fuzzy gray area that it's just about pointless to speculate about it. Someone could buy a pile of guns one day and then have a car accident the next, and really need money to fix their car. Individual need isn't something we intend to look into at all.

I heard that glock sent out a nasty gram to all dealers saying that if they were caught selling them for more than msrp that they won't be getting anymore in.. Apparently they weren't haply with all the price hikes.

None of which you listed has any and when you try to order one the OTD price is more. Trust me I've been everywhere trying to get another one for a month now (Gen 4) and Buds is the Cheapest place to find one and I'm not willing to pay that much.
