What's there to look into, some people should off themselves, for their own good.
So we are only required to follow the easy to understand part of the law? Is ignorance of the law an excuse now? It was clearly a violation of the 1st question on a 4473 constituting a straw purchase. We allow criminals on this sight for the sole purpose of revenue? We are supposed to be an example to new gun owners and this is how we show them. Only follow the law if it is in black and white? This guy should have his account deleted and verbally reminded of the law and possible penalties for his violations, instead I receive a warning for pointing out the law?
Hey I have some ocean front property in Tennessee for 30k an acre.
I've thought the same thing. If it wernt a question on the form then it wouldn't matter, but I seems like filling out the 4473 dishonestly is kinda shady. But that's just me.
