My kids doctor always ask are there firearms in the home

I'd find me another doctor.

Just a few decades ago and beyond, loaded and ready to use guns were openly hanging on bedposts, over fireplaces, and standing next to the exits. Yet, somehow, kids were not shooting each other at any alarming rate. Which leads me to believe guns are not the problem, poor parenting is.

Which also means they can't drive for s*** either, so more than likely will children will not be left unattended at that home.

I've noticed that I've never been passed by a car with an Obama sticker. Romney, sure. Paul-- many times. But never Obama... They're often hogging the left lane, too.

It says a lot.

I've had a couple of parents to stop letting their kids come over because we're "gun people". I didnt try to change their minds because their kids didnt behave right when they were here anyway......
