Sorry but that is not how it works. SCOTUS gets to determine if something is Constitutional or not. They don't get to institute law or change law to mean something else as they have Unconstitutionally done in 2 Obamacare rulings for example.
The 14th is clear and does not mean because you drop a baby here it is automatically a citizen. And as was pointed out, it's Congresses responsibility to make laws on immigration - per our Constitution.
