Doesn't make much difference to me how we come about the deal. It has to be finalized with the essentiels in a pm or no deal.

As the buyer I will work with the sellers request.
How it usually goes down is I will pm with offer or acknowledge I will purchase and include my First name and cell if easier.

If they stay with PM’s all good! 95% text me and we continue to communicate thru text.

As of late my schedule has been ****ed up. I PM some and then we usually just deal through text. Did my last 5 deals that way.

Lot easier to maintain 100% when you can't get a neg because the deal was made on the phone...the rule is for the protection of buyer and seller
