Damn you guys, read this thread and picked up a freefall for $17 yesterday at Walmart. Very good deal.My Kershaw Freefall has that. It's quick and won't open in your pocket on accident.
I'd be a bit careful with this one, I have read on Amazon reviews that very similar packages are not spring assisted.This is a good deal for anyone looking to get started. Comes with a Freefall, a Swerve and an LED flashlight.

Following that link, they are listed as being manual open.Well, both of these knives are supposed to be assisted opening. I'll let you know if they are not for some reason. I cannot think of any reason why they wouldn't be.

I believe you I just know what I see in that auction listing. If assisted is what I wanted, I would make double sure before I bid on it.I have a Freefall in my pocket right now and I assure you, it is an assisted open knife. The Swerve is listed as a "Speedsafe" as well on the Kershaw website.
