Best ammo for a .22 can

I prefer CCI Standard.

CCI standard velocity. Within the last year ****s had them for $25/500, then it went to $27.50 , who knows what it will be when they actually stock it again

Aguila Subsonic (yellow box) is my go to round. It is the cheapest, the quietest and the most accurate in my 10/22 and TacSol 22. But it is also by far the filthiest burning cartridges. Not as big a problem in bolt guns. The closest rival is the Wolf Match, it's as accurate and much cleaner, but twice the price. I can clean my gun for free so I stick with Aguila.

We shot many different 22 guns today and the best overall ammo was CCI standard velocity. We also had CCI Quiet, Remington Subsonic, and Gemtech. Just our opinions.

I have use the Rem subsonic(ok), CCI Subsonic (very good), my favorite is CCI CB Long but it doesn't work the action but it is quiet.
