Bill of Sale question

When I googled "Bill of Sale Georgia" the top result I noticed has a place for buyer and seller address. Is this necessary? Or can a bill of sale be more simple and not require that information?

Not that I'm opposed to it, but I really don't need to know where the potential buyer lives nor does he/she need to know where I live.

Blood and urine samples are a must. It'll keep firearms out of the hands of criminals.

Nobody needs an address because a bill of sale isn't necessary at all in Georgia.

Just search "bill of sale" or "bos" here on ODT and you'll get PLENTY of info on the subject. LOL

Seems like a thread on the subject pops up about once a week or so and usually results in some pretty funny comments.
