10/22 with AGP takedown set up with threaded barrel
To each his own, hopefully we never have to find out who's right
AR, 1911 and 22lr conversion for the 1911. Lots of ammo for all three. Full load out in vest and pack with enough of everything I need for six days of walking. I want to look like a hard target.....if I get seen. I'll move at night (with night vision available) and get dark and quiet during the day.
This is what I have with me when it looks like things could go south. I drive all over the metro area and north Georgia for my job, so I want what I need to be able to make it home on foot from wherever I'm at.

LOL! You're right about being mistaken for a prowler. That is why I would try to avoid moving through yards and such. The power will most likely be out, so it should not be too much problem to move through public areas and not be seen much by using the advantage of the night vision.
BTW, it may be easier to try and hide in plain sight, but it’s probably not smarter.

Gang had to make their way across NYC with all the other gangs after them. Pretty corny as I remember. When I was going on nights when I was stationed at Balboa I'd walk downtown in San Diego to the all night theaters to get my head on straight the night before the shift started. Saw the movie then. Usually a bunch of Kung Fu and cheezy war movies. At times it was "interesting" getting home after staying at the theater all night with all the pervs and crazies.
