Building an M4. Want to buy a stripped lower that doesn't require milling... suggestions?

Autrey's if you want to spend the money. Quiet Riot Firearms in McDonough if you want to drive. Are you looking for Anderson, Spikes, Aero, or billet for the lower. Also, what is your budget just for a stripped lower as it does matter some.
If he is building a true M4 most any lower manufactured today has to be milled out for the auto sear.
Best bet is to find an older AR if you don't want to mill out.

I can mill it if I have to, would prefer not to. I want to drive it home, install the parts and be done. The advantage of an 80% is that because it's not complete, it doesn't have any markings. And that is just how I want it. Forged is fine. All I need is the lower itself. I have all the parts.

You want to build a M4 or AR-15? The civilian semi-auto version of the M4 is called an AR-15, whereas the select-fire (full auto or three-round burst) is called the M5.
