Iam probably going to go to my local dealer and ask them to ship it to an fro in Oregon and if that doesn't work I think I might know someone who will send it.

But this conversation helped me I was looking for a "yes it's totally fine to ship it to your granddad " but it seems that it might be it might not be , may get some backlash out of it , or gun my stay in lock up for awhile.
