I always recommend this HORSE LINIMENT called DMSO.. it’s great for tendons.. it’s ok on sore muscles but better for tendons.. a little is all it takes.. can get it any feed &seed store or TRACTOR SUPPLY.. maybe give it a try..Knees where giving some trouble last few days. I could've done something even if it was just my arms. Today, my pinched nerve in my neck was acting up. Just sat in my chair and took it easy today with an ice pack and anti-inflammatory. Been a while since I had a problem with that
