Daily workout

Knees where giving some trouble last few days. I could've done something even if it was just my arms. Today, my pinched nerve in my neck was acting up. Just sat in my chair and took it easy today with an ice pack and anti-inflammatory. Been a while since I had a problem with that

I always recommend this HORSE LINIMENT called DMSO.. it’s great for tendons.. it’s ok on sore muscles but better for tendons.. a little is all it takes.. can get it any feed &seed store or TRACTOR SUPPLY.. maybe give it a try..👍

Neigh.........Yea, I remember that old remedy......Interesting I've never used it......Good idea though
 
Glad I posted this thread.
I had a real big case of I don't want to after working a really long day today. But I didn't want to not do something 2 days in a row. Last week I got 6 days of exercise in with hunting.
Today: 1.37 miles

Good stuff. Just remember man, it's all about staying injury free. Better off doing half of whatever over 12 months than tearing it up for 6 weeks and pulling / tearing something.
