Do you really need to put in an ad you will only sell to people with a permit to carry ?

This thread makes my head hurt. If you don't advertise that you want to see a permit or that you require a bill of sale and then show up at the meet demanding either, the buyer should be able to neg you. Those are terms that need to be advertised. Showing up and pulling that crap is the same as a no show to me.
