Not that anyone should take my " opinion" as the right thing to do but I think you handled it very well . We all like to play armchair quarterback and say what we would do in that situation . He prevented further escalation that "could have" gone in many different directions. You can play the "what if" game all you want but just glad it turned out well .

Probably would. Our shop is off Fulton Industrial Blvd and situations like this happen all the time there. People from out of state unknowingly get off the exit to get fuel or something to eat. I have run many a crackhead away from people just trying to pump gas or get something to eat. Most of the FIB crackheads are like crows though. You yell and tell them to go away, but they always fly back.

I work at that sh*thole everyday. We get hit up by bum everyday. Some get quite aggressive when you say no. It's just a matter of time before the news is out there for some kind of violence action taken by someone.
