UPDATE: Got a call from Fusion five min ago! They said all they need is for me to mail in the sight with a note and they will send the right one! I am excited about the quick results. Thanks ODT.


A short review of http://www.fusionfirearms.com/

Ordered an optical rear 1911 sight from them to match an optical 1911 front sight I had ordered from them a month or so earlier.
A sight arrived in the mail. Not the one I ordered, but a sight none the less.
The size of this sight makes it useless for the gun I wanted it for. Furthermore, they did not include the little optical plastic rods (which were supposed to be included).
So not only can I not use the sight on the intended gun, but can't use it on my other toys as the optics are missing.

Mistakes happen. I understand. So I called them at the number they have provided for customer service. Then I called again. Then I called again. Then I called again.Then I called again. Then I called again. This was over a three week period. I wanted to be sure I wasn't catching them during a busy period. In fact, I am going to call them right now!....Shocking. Voice mail again.

Seven calls. None picked up.
Four voicemails. None returned.

In conclusion, fusionfirearms.com is ****.

I was seriously considering one of their 1911's until I read some of the reviews on their lack of customer service. Looks like people that get good products the first time are happy but if you have any issue at all you're SOL.
 
Sucks to hear you are having problems with Fusion. I know they put some guns out early on that never should have left the factory, then followed it up with spotty customer service, but from everything Ive read, I thought that they were past that!.
Ive ordered a bunch of 1911 parts from Fusion in the last 6 months and have been really impressed with the quality for the price. My only real gripe has been slow shipping.
Most recently I ordered a set of grips from Fusion. After 8 days I sent them an email asking if there was an issue. Sent the email at 9pm on a Friday night, recived an answer at 9:15pm, that night!! He said they had shipped out, when I recieved them, they were postmarked the day I had emailed him! I was a little pissed it took them 8 days to ship an "in stock" set of grips, but when I opened the package I couldnt believe how nice they were for the money I paid!! Some of the best Ive had!
Based on the parts Ive gotten from them Ive been planning on buying one of their 1911 kits, but I always cringe a little when I still hear stories like this.
Hope you can get it resolved with an email or something.
