It's been my experience, at least in the firearm/outdoor world, that most business owners will try to do the right thing once they "know" a customer is having a problem. It probably helps that there are 11K forum members here reading the posts. Just good business sense. And who knows, maybe OS will pick up an advertiser in the process?

In that case I will email them when I get home tonight as that looks to be the best way to communicate with them. Ill update once I have talked to them.

good customer service late is still bad customer service in my book. especially if the good customer service is brought on only out of fear of bad press.

hope they get it fixed though, maybe it was just a bad communication. let us know the verdict
