I second the comment of going to the hospital, or at least a doctor (even though I very much abhor doctors in the US). I wrecked my van 3 years ago, and refused care at the scene only to discover later that I had a broken kneecap. Because I waited and returned to work right away, I jacked myself on any possible insurance claim. Glad you're still with us, bud.

I've been a professional driver for over 30 years and I also hated going to the doctors until someone explained that if your vehicle sustained damage so did your body, regardless of seatbelt wear or air bag deployment.
