...And if you find that you don't like the polished look you can always apply a brushed finish afterward with sandpaper or a green Brillo pad. Clear wheel paint is a good way to protect the finish of either.all u need is mothers polish and some time..i can make them look like chrome!

^^^^Those are badly oxidized. You'll need an acidic cleaner, such as Eagle 1, for non-clear coat wheels. Then you can use a Mother's power ball, in a drill, with polish made specifically for bare aluminium. And a 12-pack of cold beer.
I used the "etching" version of this stuff on a badly mud stained 4-wheeler engine a couple years ago.
