Nothing is forced! I didn't sign up this year..... What am I looking at as far as penalties? Cash wise? I am curious?

I'm planning on just not paying it myself.
They'll get tired of trying to collect eventually. I have zero credit history, not like they can hurt it, lol. I'm prepared to be the guy who goes to jail for ducking it. 3 hots and a cot and TV all day sounds like a much needed vacation.
