I've used Mobil 1 on my guns for a long time with great results. Recently I picked up an alloy framed Kimber Ultra Carry from a friend that I know has been shot quite a bit. When I broke it down, I was amazed how pristine the frame rails are - literally no signs of wear. Asked what lube he used and it was Wilson Combat Ultima Lube II. I just received a bottle of the Grease and the Universal and I'll be running this on my 1911s and Sigs to see if it's superior to Mobil 1. This appears to be exceptionally "slick" stuff. Note, Wilson has changed the formula hence the "II" on the latest stuff...
