That is a highly political incorrect statement. When I was a finance manager I would have been the one to give permission to post in a thread.

It harkens back to the times when calls were afoot that only land-owners, etc. should be able to vote. :0)

God forbid that somebody now these days says, "you should have to be a citizen to vote." Democrats-all just shudder at that. Coincidentally, that begs the obvious question in light of the 81 million votes - are DEAD people really citizens?
