Mistakes were made back then, but the M14 continues to serve in some capacity today.
It wasn't around during the Korean War.I agree! IMO the m-14 is one of the better battle rifles made, but it was a little late to the dance. If it was available for WW2, the war would have ended sooner. It made a major difference in Korea (by what I've read) I'm not that old!
