You should get a gen. 1 or 2....best made Glocks IMO.

I had a Gen 2 19 before and I actually did like the fact that it didn't have finger grooves, but it was also the only non reliable Glock I've ever had.

I 've been carryin and shootin the same G21 since they came out in the early 90's....never had any problems.

I too switched from a Glock 19. It just didn't fit me well. Ended up with the new Springfield Mod 2. Love it so far. The ergos (as cheesy as the "grip zone" is) feel great.

Don't know about Glocks, but with my 1911, I close both eyes and use "the force". Might work for you, worth a try before sail the gun.
