No it's odd that I committed to the purchase of an item. The guy sells out from under me without ever reaching out to me, because he didn't hear from me exactly on time. Looking at the "rules" it is completely up to the seller if that want to accept an "I wil take it" from a buyer.

You have 81 positive feedbacks.... don’t give up on the whole site because of a few bad experiences. Especially when you have had 81 positive ones.

It's a private site so there is no "freedom of speech", the site owner makes the rules and you agreed to them when you joined.
