Interpretation of things said in sale ads

People suck at selling things. No location, no pictures, price in title doesn't match in description, generally rude sounding... Like how hard is it to be specific enough to make sure you make a sale?

Yeah the rude ones really get me. Usually overpriced and phrases like.
* I know what I got. ( Hit on once in this thread )
* I am not driving for this price
* Don't come offer me these trades cause it's an insult.
* For sale for 600 / TV 1,250
