The Aimpoint Micro T1/T2 is my favorite optic for a general purpose carbine.
There is a wide selection of co-witness mounts for the T1/T2. Geissele, Scalarworks, Bobro, AmDef, Samson, Daniel Defense, BROWE, SLR, Reptilian, etc.
