So much for the law that protects trademarks that were granted before they were considered "offensive". Once again judges rewriting laws to feed a political agenda....These types of things are supposed to be protected from the "offended" idiots. Now congress is throwing an amendment on to the funding of the National park Service that mandates when they can fly the flag. WTF is happening to this country. I am 27 with a kid on the way and I am scared of the America my kids are going to grow up in.

Ignore the ruling, and instead of spending the money on appeal, spend it to have him impeached.

The judge simply does not have the authority to make that ruling, like so many others of late. The sooner people start realizing that judges are NOT untouchable and can be thrown out of office, the better off we will be.
