That is Ga Code, but there might be county ordinaces to think about as well.

Law called for me shooting on my Own land. What is the law?

This. That can burn ya.
The cop told me everything I stated about distances from house etc. and It was 12 noon when I was shooting. I shoot everyday & try to do it when my neighbors are at work.

The cop is the one that told me to look at OCGA code 16-11-103. He said nothing about Henry county ordinances.
The officer may be uninformed but this is not the best place for legal advice.
Neither is getting legal advice from a police officer.
Henry county gave me a ticket for A "noise violation " for shooting off of kings mill. I quit going after that.
You can NOT shoot in a residential area, subdivisions,and must be 50 yards from a public road,and 200 yards from a dwelling house of another...
