Lets see your most bubba/frankenstein/ratrod builds

you get that hammer out of my tool box? Have one just like it I found laying in the road, had to be fast before ItBeMe found it
Same thing for me. Driving in Marietta and made a right turn coming back from lunch and spotted a hammer near the curb......stopped and got it. A huge Estwing framing hammer in almost new condition. Still have it....

Only down side is I gotta get some kinda red dot to go on it which won't look right. But I put about 100 rounds through it at my Mom's house yesterday and quickly learned that without any kinda sights I was doing good to hit a large pizza box at about 20 feet.
I was curious about these See All sights. This one is a micro sight I put on my Charger build. Low profile and no screws sticking out the side. May look just right on your build.

Looks cool. The optic looks like the windshield on a T Bucket. All short and squared off. Did you already have a Charger or did you buy a new receiver?
I bought a Charger from someone off here that was in rough shape, same with the PMACA chassis. Blasted the parts and had kalashnicarver make me the Mauser grip and brace extension. The whole trigger assembly is stainless and polished internals. The Kidd barrel I turned with my drill and some light grit sandpaper.

Basically the only thing left that is Ruger is the Charger receiver.

Completely missed the pistol grip in the first pics. That's cool.

10/22 modified for 100 and 200 yard IRON SIGHTS ONLY competitions.

The rear sight is from a Chinese precharged pneumatic precision air rifle (target rifle, .177 caliber).

The front sight was intended to mimic those found on Buffalo Rifles of the late 19th century or target rifles of the early 1900's. The bubble level aspect of it is the only thing really modern about it.

Getting a tall enough front sight that would work with that large rear sight that puts the aperture so much higher above the bore than the factory rear sight would
was a challenge.
