Anybody see this one? ATF says that if you use Medical Marijuana that you can't buy guns or ammo. While I certainly don't want a stoner walking around I'm not quite sure how I feel about ATF adding this one to the regs. Hope the don't go after Motrin!

Last time I checked the Federal Goverment still considers Marijuana illegal even medical

Also, consider that if what Cruisers460 said is true, that would put a limitation on guns AND ammo. Ammo is currently unregulated, any schmoe off the street can walk into Wal Mart and buy ammo. Is this to suggest that we should have some sort of background check to buy ammunition?

All I see is what Crusier posted. I don't see any actual reliable info on the subject.
