Must a Rifle sale (M1) to out of state buyer go thru a FFL?

FFL in either state for a long gun. Purchaser’s state for a handgun. Both would be in trouble with out using a FFL across state lines. I am not a lawyer.

Oh wait, that's right to bare arms. Don't say nuthin' about no infringing acquisition.

As is mentioned if buyer is C and R licensed he can buy. Otherwise yes FFL
