ODT trust for $200 cant find the thread

ODT need help finding the guy to setup a trust that was advertising here. I want to get my first can.

Damn. I charge $175. However, that includes amendments down the road, questions of you have any, and updates as I make them and the law changes.

Yeah, I definitely see the value of having access to someone who can help down the road. Not trying to step on any toes, just trying to help out.

No problem at all!

I know a lot of folks who have used the free form Lax posted or Willmaker, and they work perfectly fine for obtaining NFA items. The 199trust is obviously set up specifically for NFA items, whereas the free form and the Willmaker trusts are not. The one that I do, and that HeavyD an Ncochran do, is also specifically made for NFA items and you do have access to someone for questions. etc.

I enjoy being able to help folks in this way and bring in a bit of income into the firm, but I long to see the day when we don't need trusts for NFA items.
