Minting costs something. Easier and cheaper to pound out one 1 ounce "coin", than ten 1/10th ouncers.

I have two gold eagles that I want to turn back into cash. Is there a local recommended shop? I remember a coin dealer used to be a site sponsor.
You will likely get more money for them from a member here or other private sale as opposed to a dealer. Maybe list them here for a week first? Good luck!

They are slamming silver/gold. They must be getting scared. The time will be soon. Buy as much as you can when the price is down.
this may be one of the last few times i think silver will hit under 15 and gold between 12 and 13 IMO. im waiting for that range on the edge of my seat. bring it on november and new year retail bump!!
I will start buying again if it gets close to 15$ . Do you believe we'll see sub 15$ ?
im buying at around 15.50, then aggresively at 15 and under. i think it might dip to like 14.80 or something. i dont see it having an all time low though
