**Pointless paracord**

doesnt add alot fo weight and could be useful

i think the bracelets look ****ing gay but wrapping a wire stock in it is kinda neat. i use paracord regularly but i dont carry lengths of it around with me

In a survival situation, I'd want something like paracord for tying lengths of timber together to form a tepee or lean-to.
I'd use it for stowing boxes and bags and bundles of gear-- tying them down on a motor vehicle, or vessel.
Twine is too light duty for that, and I'm not counting on having real tie-down straps with ratcheting buckles when I'm away from my home base.
Paracord can be used for a tournequet (spelling?) for a serious injury and first aid response.
When hiking in mountains, I'd even use paracord as a "safety line" if we had to creep along a narrow trail on top of a dangerously-high cliff. Although I'd prefer real heavy duty climbing and rappelling rope, the paracord would probably keep somebody from losing their balance, or going down too far if they just flat-out fell.
