Police / Sheriff question: help with vagrants camped on property

Thanks for the advice guys. The seller said he had the sheriff tell all the homeless people they had to get off the property. I asked the broker for a showing so we'll see if that really happened.

Solution.

Ever used weed killer en masse?

Douse the hell out of the camping areas with weed killer very heavily.
That smell will drive them away.
If that don’t work crush mothballs and dump them all over .
Anything that makes rats go away will make tweakers go away.

If that don’t work go to defcon 5 and get yourself a Bunch of packages of cheap raw ground meat and throw it among them and wait for it to rot or just collect and throw roadkill around them.
Anything to make them miserable.
Fire ants from 5 gallon bucket near their hives?

Get creative.
Roadkill soup in a bucket nicely fermented dumped into the camp site ?

no I meant that it should be their responsibility to show the property in a safe manner, so if anyone needs to involve the police, it should be them.

Totally agree with this. The broker won't make any money if he can't sell the property. Can't sell it with tweakers around like the walking dead.

Naw, just take 6-8 friends on a make a vagrant run for his life, ease into the area in the wee hours of the night cause all kinds of noise and things in the area should change real quick...

just a suggestion to consider...

Why do you want them out? Buy the property. Have them sign section 8 lease agreements. Fill swimming pool with money from all the checks that start rolling in.
Alternate plan.
Buy them chainsaws and offer a set price for every tree they stack. By the time it's over you will either have the land cleared of trees or campers.
