She actually responded to touch earlier, pet her and she perked up. Momma cat has a bullseye, she just has a ring.. maybe we should call her x ring?? LOL.

Have you tried to separate momma cat and ammo from the rest of the litter to see if she will nurse? I have had luck introducing stray kittens into a litter by doing this on a couple of occasions.
