Bought this in a Antique store in Conyers when I was visiting my sister there. Paid 25 bucks for it out the door. It didn't work but I fixed it, re-blued the barrel and brought the stock back to life. It's a 1987 model 6087 Commemorative Marlin.

Got one if these to. 114 bucks at Walmart. Bought it for the bad snakes. It's loaded with shot shells and at the ready.A Savage 64F semi auto .22 that I bought at Academy Sports several years ago for only $120.
The first one was a lemon; I sent it back to the factory and they replaced it with a different one that's been good.
This gun gets used a lot.
I got it for training my nieces and nephews and it's a lightweight gun that women & kids can handle.

There have been quite a few bodies from the 1940's and 1950's found in that river in connection with bootlegging and race relations. Some had decided to go swimming with heavy chains and concrete cinder blocks attached to their torso to assist them breathing underwater. Thanks. It is the same river that he dumped all his bodies.
