I know what freeze dried food is. I have a ton of it. Now explain how you will make more of it once the power goes out and the SHTF. The point I'm making is that once the disaster has happened you have lost this asset that you invested so much in.
I know what you’re saying. It’s not the product that you’re worried about. It’s the mechanism that got you there. If there’s long term power outages your freeze drying and sealing goes out the window.
I applaud the effort though. Something definitely to look into.
