They said the little fella had the flu for the last two weeks. I guess weighing 80lbs then having diarrhea for two weeks can take it's toll on you.

He had AIDS. Had it since the 90s. Some religious kooks convinced him to stop taking his meds because god had healed him. He stopped taking his meds, and died.
