My suggestion was to add dill to the horseradish sauce, which is pairing very well with steak, and is served by many steak houses. It will definitely not ruin it.

I understand that....maybe "ruin" was not the best word....BUT it does, in my never to be humble opinion, change the flavor....results obviously vary
