send a letter to your congressman. let them know you are stuck in a situation that if handled wrong could put you in jail. call the news and anyone else you can. help push the HPA. then yea, consign it a QRF

Why not do an FFL transfer at a class 3 dealer? They hold them til it clears anyway. This way you can travel without worrying about it & the can is with a dealer who is likely bonded. Let me know what you are asking for it.
